Q. How can you sell Italian made Porcelain for just $2.99, how are your prices so low? A great question and one that we cannot answer in just one sentence. This is an introductory price for a new collection and is subject to change. But how all our prices are so low is answered in more detail on our FAQ's to read click here
Q. Are these prices square foot or per tile? Our prices are PER SQUARE FOOT. Please note there is a minimum order of 300SF on these products.
Q. What is the shipping cost? The shipping cost is calculated by the online shipping calc. just add in the amount of square footage you need and then click "checkout" you will then enter your shipping details and get a complete quote prior to payment. The maximum shipping cost is $325.00 this is our flat rate residential cost. So for orders over 2,000SF I would consider the flat rate option.
Q. How can your shipping rates be so low? There are 24 distribution points for wood look tile. The closer we are to the consumer the lower the shipping cost - and yes you can pick up and pay zero for shipping (assuming it is in stock in a warehouse near you).
