NEW BUILDING TO DELIVER IN EARLY FALL 2016

Early in the Fall of 2015 The Builder Depot, LLC invested in 4.5 acres of land in beautiful Alpharetta, GA. The new site will become our new Distribution center with 15 loading docks allowing us to hold more UPS drop trailers and improve our operational efficiency (okay..... that was all corporate waffle), the reality is we have run out of room and need more space :)

We want an operation that our employees feel proud to walk into and we have the products to make it look impressive at a low cost (as customers can attest to). We are located in a perfect area. Allowing employees to avoid traffic which is so important physiologically as it is environmentally. We are designed for families to try and create a workplace that reduces stress at home, to encourage and not criticize, to treat others as you would want to be treated. Located near the best schools. This is a business that is built on a foundation of zero debt, designed to support the customers, employees and community for decades to come.

THE BUILDER DEPOT BASED IN ALPHARETTA, GA
Awarded Best Of Houzz 2016

Over 35 Million Monthly Unique Users Nominated Best Home Building, Remodeling and Design Professionals in North America and Around the World

Alpharetta in Forsyth County, January 12, 2016 – The Builder Depot of Alpharetta, GA has won “Best Of Customer Service” on Houzz®, the leading platform for home remodeling and design. The Builder Depot is the largest Internet retailer of Italian Marble in the USA was chosen by the more than 35 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than one million active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.

The Best Of Houzz is awarded annually in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design award winners’ work was the most popular among the more than 35 million monthly users on Houzz. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2015. Architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular are recognized with the Photography award. A “Best Of Houzz 2016” badge will appear on winners’ profiles, as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals in every metro area on Houzz.

The Builder Depot has grown exponentially since 2011 with growth in the thousands of percent. It started in 2008 but was actually concept and trial back in 2006. The rapid growth is attributed to a number of factors one of course refining the supply chain which has taken almost half a decade alone, the commitment of staff to the customer and the customer for recognizing that there is another way to buy premium marble products, one that takes steps out of a very, very old and inefficient supply chain. This value can then be added to their home as opposed to wasted through an ancient supply chain. “While the product is ancient the way we buy does not need to be. You can buy for a fraction of the cost and you can add that money to your net worth or you can give it to an aging supply chain. Simple choices. I am all for charity, but not waste. This is our 3rd year and award with Houzz.com they have made a huge impact in the modern way in which consumers see rooms and products today” remarked David Shearn CEO of The Builder Depot, LLC

“Anyone building, remodeling or decorating looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals” said Liza Hausman, vice president of Industry Marketing for Houzz. “We’re so pleased to recognize The Builder Depot voted one of our “Best Of Houzz” professionals by our enormous community of homeowners and design enthusiasts actively remodeling and decorating their homes.”

JANUARY 2016 THE BUILDER DEPOT BECOMES A GOOGLE TRUSTED STORE

After jumping through the hoops The Builder Depot is now a Google trusted store. Why is this important? We have tried and looked at all ways to showcase reviews and found floors in all of them. Even the ones Google trusts. For example an online seller may choose a online review system. But the review system is cherry picked. It does not send out a "review request" with every order.

Companies can contact consumers and ask them about their experience then ask for a review, perhaps for a discount..... you see our point. All the review software programs out there can be manipulated. There is in fact ONLY ONE that cannot and that is "The Google Trusted" store program. It is managed and maintained by Google. Their interest is in making the world wide web cleaner.

"In our opinion the only true 100% fully objective review program out today is Google Trusted Store if a supplier of car batteries or tables or any product is not part of this program ask yourself, why not?"

If they are as good as their current reviews say they are then why would they not join? Because they are NOT that good they are manipulating the current software or posting their own reviews on their own websites.

Google Trusted is the #1 review system. The only one that cannot be manipulated. That is why we are part of it.

"We are proud to be a member and proud to show our badge on out store".
