In the event a manufacturer lowers their price or offers a promotion, we'll immediately reduce our prices on those items to pass the savings on to you - our customer. You can email the sale department of the products you wish to buy the costs and then we can search freight carriers and beat the overall price by at least 5% in some cases more. With our Lowest Price Guarantee you can rest assured that if you find a lower price online before you purchase from us we will match the competitor's price (Price-Match) and then beat it by 5%.

How do I submit a Price-Match request? Simply email the details to purchasing@thebuilderdepot.com and send us the URL (webpage address) of the page containing the item from the competitor's site, their part number and price, along with your name and contact information. This policy ensures we have the lowest prices in the market.

Please note this excludes marble products, for example Carrara Marble can be sold at very different quality levels and comparing like to like is not possible.
